Where is it located?

It is located in the area known as Region 15, just a few minutes from the town of Tulum, with easy access to various services and places of interest. As Tulum is a constantly growing town, it has created the need for road alternatives, one of which is Avenida Kukulcan, which stands out for its direct access to the beautiful beaches that characterize the Riviera Maya. Being located a few meters from one of the main avenues, it has great added value, an area that combines the tranquility of nature and the Caribbean lifestyle.

YAAXLUM TULUM is made up of interconnected towers in a circular way. An architectural proposal that facilitates the connection between its inhabitants and recreation in the common areas, therefore this design allows owners to have internal views of vegetation that has been preserved and will never be impacted.

One of the particularities of Yaxlum Tulum is that for every 16 Condos there is an amenity area on the second floor that has: a lounge area, gym, jacuzzi and bar.

At the same time, it has a wastewater treatment plant for every 16 Condos and a garbage area which is required to be placed separately outside the complex.
