Where is it located ?

It is located in the area known as region 15, just a few minutes from the town of Tulum, with easy access to various services and places of interest. Tulum, being a town in constant growth, has created the need for road alternatives, one of which is Avenida Kukulcan, which stands out for its direct access to the beautiful beaches that characterize the Riviera Maya. Being located a few meters from one of the main avenues, it has great added value, an area that combines the tranquility of nature and the Caribbean lifestyle.

The developers have a historical background, originally from Italy and pioneers in the area of Tulum, with more than 17 years in the zone they know perfectly the needs of Tulum. Thanks to their experience they have created a unique hotel experience.

YAAXLUM TULUM is made up of interconnected towers in a circular manner. An architectural proposal that facilitates the connection between its inhabitants and recreation in the common areas, therefore, this design allows the owners to have internal views of the vegetation that has been preserved and will never be impacted.

One of the particularities of Yaxlum Tulum is that for every 16 apartments there is an amenities area on the second floor that has: lounge area, gym, jacuzzi and bar.

At the same time, it has a wastewater treatment plant for every 16 apartments and a garbage area which must be placed separately on the outside of the complex.
