Selva Tulum Town Houses is a new concept designed solely for living in Tulum.

This set of 6 exclusive homes was designed with the aim of optimizing the connection between architecture and nature, prioritizing the view of the jungle.

Selva Tulum Town Houses is located in “La Veleta” area, in a quiet street surrounded by jungle. From here, you can walk to new restaurants, fruit and vegetable stores in a few minutes. This location is very close to Kukulkan Avenue, which once completed, you will have direct access to the beach.

We choose neutral colors and natural textures to create an atmosphere of peace. A design that combines all the necessary elements for the lifestyle you always dreamed of. The ideal place to disconnect and reconnect.

The typologies “TH1”, “TH2” and “TH3” are two-level houses.

On the ground floor there is a social area: kitchen, living-dining room and toilet. These typologies have parking for one car, a front garden and a backyard, both private with a plunge pool made of concrete.

On the second level are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and balcony. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with wood finishes.

The “PH4”, “PH5” and “PH6” typologies are single-level houses with a private terrace on the rooftop.

Each house has a kitchen-dining room and a small living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a balcony.

Through a staircase located next to the entrance of these typologies, each house can access its own private semi-covered terrace. The terraces are equipped with bbbq area, sink, solarium and a plunge pool made of concrete.
